Jingle all the way…well, it’s that time of the year again…CHRISTMAS!
Christmas is a blissful occasion, it’s a merry celebration and it’s a delight to see how with such less population percentage of Christians in India, this generation still celebrates it with utmost enthusiasm and zeal. All communities and religions come together for the celebration. There’s just one glitch we observe and that is, how people want to celebrate Christmas and yes they do so but when asked what Christmas is and why it is celebrated, they fail to answer the same. But rather than pointing out a snag, we believe in clarification and answers.
So we would like to grab this opportunity and hold this time to spread a word on what Christmas really is, Christmas, 25th December is an annual celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is believed to the founder of Christian religion. What makes it so significant and important is that it is understood that Jesus Christ took birth to save the human race from despair and darkness. To rejoice this occurrence, people till date decorate churches and their houses, they setup Christmas trees, lights, candles, gifts. Santa Claus, the father Christmas distributes sweets and gifts to his children and it is wonderful how kids are so thrilled about this. To end the day, families get together with good spirits and glee for the merriment.
Aren’t there absolutely endless reasons to fall in love with this festival more and more as each year passes? So, let’s get ready with some extra love and passion this season.
